# Organizing content

When you upload new content, all the files will appear as a list under "All". Although you can use the search field to find your media items:

![](/files/-M_Q1wsqrOe-dgna5n0H)

It is however often useful to organize the content so that it is easier to find. For this we can use the "Customer" and "Campaign" fields. Writing any text in this fields will automatically organize your content.

![](/files/-M_Q0B8TkCbeP64u3KB6)

Lets change the Customer to "drugstore" for example:

![](/files/-M_Q0nEjKTaw1DXFt92y)

We may want to also specify a "Campaign" name for this item:

![](/files/-M_Q10m_KxoiMYmjy0_i)

However in this case nothing happens, that is because we only have 1 item with that particular campaign. We need at least 2 items for a folder to appear. Lets try it:

![](/files/-M_Q1aTPYAT0KmFaaPo5)

A you can see we can use these two simple fields to unclutter long lists of media files.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.castmill.com/content/uploading-content/organizing-content.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
